Jacqui was absolutely brilliant. She was very proactive when I contacted her last Thursday evening and she immediately organized a viewing for us the very next morning. She was very knowledgeable about the house and what it had to offer and was lovely to talk to. We put in our offer to purchase straight away and she was helping us Friday night well after office hours to get everything on the offer captured correctly. I was a very nervous buyer given the demand for houses in our area and she was very comforting and supportive which help tremendously to put my mind at ease. When the buyer accepted our offer she let us know straight away as well as what the next steps would be and how the buying process would work. Getting documents from her and sending them back was effortless and very efficient! She has a lovely sense of humour and just made this whole experience exciting and memorable!
