As we are heading towards the end of 2019, it's good to look ahead and think about what the New Year 2020 may unveil.

But first, let's take a quick look back. 2019 was quite a year for all of us at Rose Eedes Properties. It has definitely been one of the most difficult years in the Property business. With the Country in crises all were hopeful that everything would improve. Although things actually got worse before they got better REP kept on going while many other Agencies closed their doors.

When the Springboks won the World Cup the entire Country seemed to change their attitude as did many foreigners who until then seemed to have forgotten about South Africa as a tourist destination and a destination to invest in. We have seen a marked change in the last month and we are so grateful to our Springbok team who were an example to all of us as to how we can all succeed if we just put our hearts and soul into whatever we are doing.

Our rental portfolio has double which makes me very proud as it means people value the service we are providing and obviously we are only getting the new business due to our reputation and recommendations.

Welcome to our new Staff members who have just joined us in 2019 -

I would like to say a Huge thank you to all my colleagues and staff. Thank you for all your wonderful contributions towards the growth and success of our company. We strive to put our clients at the heart of everything we do and we sincerely would like to thank all our clients, the many long-term and new clients we have, for their trust, their support and their excellent cooperation with us.

Of course, there is always a lot of work ahead and I do have a wish list for Santa Claus, which I would like to share with you:

I wish for a team that continues to embrace change. With digitalization changing the way we now work, this is so important. I am confident that our team will be ready to embrace all the upcoming challenges and to adapt quickly to new rules and regulations that the EAAB are imposing on us in the near future.

All our staff goes beyond their call of duty in what they are doing and our clients can feel that in every interaction. I wish that we can continue to be challenged and fulfilled colleagues striving for customer service at its best.

Why do I focus so much on the team? Happy Team = Happy clients which are our ultimate goal.

I wish you and your families a joyous, peaceful and restful festive season and all the best for the New Year 2019.
